Welcome to Slowrunners.com! We welcome all new runners, young and old, who are interested in becoming endurance athletes. We can help you train for your 1st or your 50th marathon or half-marathon.  We invite you to join us on training runs each Saturday, year round in the Phoenix area.

Meet in the parking lot of the Arcadia Plaza Shopping Center (northwest corner of Indian School Rd. and 48th St) @ 6:30 AM for the Arcadia loop.

Here are the Run Directions. (This map does not reflect how we currently do this run, I will correct the map and directions in the future.)

We’ll be meeting at Granada Park at 6:30 AM for a 10 miler, or shorter if needed.

Meet @ Bagel Nosh @ 6:30 AM for a 7 miler.

Instructions: Go West on Warner Rd to Equestrian, turn left
Run to Appaloosa Dr and turn right, left on Bronco Trail
run West and merge into Kachina Dr. Go to end and follow
onto Equestrian Trail. Go to 36th St, turn right.
Go to coconino St and turn right. Go to Warpaint, turn left
Run to Knox Rd, turn left. go to 36th St, turn right.
Go to Ranch Circle and turn left. Run to greenbelt trail, turn left.
Go to Knox, turn right. Go to 44th St, turn left. Go to Warner
Turn right and return to Bagel Nosh.

Meet in the parking lot @ Vista Canyon Park for a 6:30 AM run.

Meet at 6:30 AM in the Sole Sports parking lot, NW corner of Rural & Warner Rd, for a 6.6 or 8 mile loop. 6.6 Directions  Here are the 8 mile Directions.
