at 6:45 AM for a 9+ mile run or distance of your choice. It will be nice and chilly as winter has finally arrived!

Meet @ 7:00 AM in the Phoenix Zoo parking lot for a 6-ish mile run. Can be shortened or lengthened easily for less/more mileage. Some of our runners will be doing the Lost Dutchman 1/2 Marathon on Sunday so wish them luck! Joan says it will be perfect running weather…..but what does she know!

There are a number of activities going on this week so, if you want to run Saturday, meet at the Nosh at 7:00 AM. Same thing for Sunday if that works better for you, 7:00 AM at Nosh. You may want to text others regarding any plans.
