Note: As we swing into vacation season over the next few months we’ll be keeping the run schedule informal. Unless posted otherwise; most likely we’ll be running from the Nosh around sunup. Beginning in mid-July we’ll start gearing up for the Fall marathon season and resume scheduling runs around the Valley. Any questions please let me know.

San Juan parking area
Meet at the San Juan parking area in South Mountain Park at 5:30 AM. Directions: Go south on Central Ave into the park. Proceed through the guard stations and drive approximately 1.5 miles to the San Juan parking area. We’ll be running the San Juan road so you can pick your distance. If you run to the San Juan lookout and return your distance is 8 miles. We will break the fast at the Farm around 8:15.

This is the last Saturday for the Big Sur group before the big race! Big Sur group will meet at Tempe Beach Park, Tempe, AZ 85281@ 5:00 AM for a 8.7 mile run. If registered for Pat’s Run they will join the other 30,000 runners for that event afterward.
The Slowrunners and walkers will avoid the traffic and crowds and will meet @ 6:00 AM at the Nosh for the usual.
