Longrunners meet in the parking lot @ Vista Canyon Park for a 6:00 AM run. We will run the Lakewood loop and then do the 11.1 mile loop below.
Other runners meet at Vista Canyon Park @ 7:00 AM. We will run down to Liberty to start this route. (Note: the 11.1 mile loop can be shortened for those wishing for shorter distance.)

Cross Indian School Rd and run south on 48th St green belt. Run to Oak St and turn left (East).
Run to 64th St and turn left (north). Run To I.S. Rd, cross and go left (west) on canal.
Run to 48th St and return to start.
