Long runners will meet in the parking lot of the Arcadia Plaza Shopping Center (northwest corner of Indian School Rd. and 48th St.) @ 4:30 AM for two loops.

Meet in the parking lot @ Vista Canyon Park for a 4:30 AM run. There will be two loops, a 5.2 mile and an 8.5 mile. All runners will begin together. Here are the run directions. The longrunners will do an additional 4 mile Lakewood loop.
