Meet in the parking lot of the Arcadia Plaza Shopping Center (northwest corner of Indian School Rd. and 48th St) @ 6:30 AM for either a 4 mile or 7 mile loop.

Cross Indian School Rd and run south on 48th St green belt. Run to Oak St and turn left (East).
Run to 64th St and turn left (north). Run To I.S. Rd, cross and go left (west) on canal.
Run to 48th St and return to start.
