Meet in the parking lot @ Vista Canyon Park for a 6:30 AM run. There will be a choice of two loops, a 5.2 mile, or the 8.5 mile. Joe would like to run earlier, contact him if you’d like to join him @ 5:30. Here are the run directions.

Light rail fares are now $2.00 for a one way ride. The train leaves the station @ 5:38 AM; make sure you allow time to purchase your ticket. Plenty of water, sunscreen and a hat are recommended as the big yellow thing is rising earlier now. There will be a car at approximately 9 miles for those not wanting to do the entire run. After running by the zoo we may continue on the Crosscut canal path to Mill and return via Mill, 5th St, Veterans Way and Terrace, following the light rail track to Apache instead of running to Rural. Meet in the Safeway parking lot on the Southeast corner of 40th St & Chandler Blvd @ 7:00 AM for a 7+ mile run.
