The run begins and ends at Bagel Nosh, which is on the Southwest corner of 48th Street and Warner. Start time 6:30 AM.

Runners,
We will have two consecutive loops leaving from the parking lot of the Arcadia Plaza Shopping Center (northwest corner of Indian School Rd. and 48th St.). There will be a 4 mile loop, departure time 5 A.M., and a 7 miler, leaving the parking lot at 6AM. The long runners will be running both loops and the remainder of the group will be running 7 miles. Please note that if you are a new member of the group and don’t feel prepared to run the entire 7 miles, please let me know and I will modify the loop with an earlier cut off point.
