Meet in the parking lot @ Vista Canyon Park for a 6:00 AM run. There will be two loops, a 5.2 mile and an 8.5 mile. All runners will begin together. Here are the run directions. The longrunners will meet @ 5:00 AM for the additional 4 mile Lakewood loop.

Current runners meet @ 5:30 AM for a 3 mile warm up run. New runners meet @ 6:30 AM for a 3.5 mile run around Tempe Town Lake. Meeting place to begin run is Einstein’s parking lot at University and Rural Rd.

Meet in the parking lot of Einsteins, NE corner of University & Rural for a 5:15 AM run. Directions (There are two loops on the directions page, make sure you copy the 6.8 mile loop.)
Note: The longrunners are meeting at 4:00 AM for a 5+ mile loop.
