Here’s a great video from Runners Den on a topic that many runners know little about. This form is similar to that used in the Chi Running method and in my opinion can reduce injuries for endurance runners. (Note: there is no audio with the clip)
Run left on Warner from parking lot. Follow curve to Equestrian and turn left. At Kachina Drive turn right. At Warpaint Dr turn left. Go to Equestrian and turn left. Turn right at 36th Street. Take 36th Street to Knox and turn left. Knox to 44th St and turn left. Proceed to Warner, turn right and return to Bagel Nosh.
